Jamers is at last warming to the idea of solid food. As a mother I'm delighted. As the maid, I demand a raise.

I put off giving Charlie solid food for about a zillion years because I just HATED to deal with the mess it involved. And then I put off self-feeding. And now, I'm facing the fact that spoon and fork practice need to be happening. I'm really not a a neat freak, but messy food stuff is SO not my thing.
Darn messy kids! haha - my maid would like a raise too! Although, the dog does eat less actual dog food, so I guess that saves us money.

And I agree with d e v a n, our dog is worth her weight in gold. I never have to clean up under the highchair. EVER. I've even been known to allow her to "prewash" the highchair tray!
