So I finally cut Eli's hair, with Jim's begrudging permission. I've been wanting to for months, as it was beyond the "cute toddler curls" stage and fully into the "baby mullet/Jim Halpert-type hair sprouting out around the ears" stage. Here is before:

Oh my goodness, look at that BIG BOY with his BIG BOY HAIRCUT!
The haircut looks great! How do you do it - I am so scared to cut my kids' hair. Fortunately Michael is practically hairless and Harper's has grown past the stage of needing frequent cutting.
Why is it that haircuts age kids at least 2 years? Your baby isn't looking so babyish anymore.
