They say that a good "therapist" is just someone who can listen well and ask the right questions to help a person find their answers for themselves. You said an important thing about a "stronger marriage" through this disappointment. To find out early in marriage that you become "stronger" in struggles, rather than distant or divided is a great blessing and confirmation. You have certainly suffered a loss and have every right to grieve, but what a wonderful assurance to have found in your marriage that you know you can count on when you face life's struggles together in the future!
